DESCRIPTION:The St. Scholastica Parish Picnic is a great opportunity for Knights to serve our parish\, strengthen our brotherhood\, and connect with fellow parishioners. We are looking for volunteers to help with setup\, event support\, and cleanup throughout the day. \n\nSetup begins at approximately 9:30 AM and includes: \n\nSetting up tents\nArranging tables and chairs\nGeneral event preparation\n\nDuring the picnic\, we will also need Knights to: \n\nAssist with tending the bar\nHelp with various event needs as they arise\nWelcome and engage with parishioners\n\nAt the conclusion of the event\, volunteers are needed to: \n\nTear down tents\, tables\, and chairs\nClean up the grounds\nHelp return equipment and supplies\n\nThis is a wonderful way to enjoy fellowship with your Brother Knights while giving back to St. Scholastica Parish and our community.
